Research and Application of Cable Based Real Time Measurement and Control Injection Matching Technology

The cable based real-time measurement and control injection technology can monitor the layered water injection situation underground in real time, improve the efficiency of testing and allocation, and meet the dynamic allocation needs of high water content development stages in old oil fields. It has been applied on site in Shengli Oilfield. Through precise control, the development indicators have been significantly improved, and the well group has obvious effects on controlling water content and stabilizing oil production. However, there are still technical problems such as limited technology for small-diameter injection wells and short effective period of downhole injection tubing. Through the development of a small diameter real-time measurement and control water distributor, as well as the research on cable rapid crossing and sealing technology, the above-mentioned deficiencies have been compensated for, and the matching and improvement of cable based real-time measurement and control injection technology have been achieved to meet the needs of different reservoir types and well conditions. This technology has the advantages of comprehensive data monitoring, efficient testing, and regulation, providing important technical means for controlling production and development status, re understanding reservoir dynamics, and rapid control of injection and production parameters. In recent years, more than 140 well groups have been implemented in Shengli Oilfield, with a cumulative increase of 995000 cubic meters of injection and 36600 tons of oil production. The pass rate of each interval has increased by 2.7%, and testing costs have been saved by about 16.13 million yuan, achieving good development results and economic benefits.
