Post Evaluation Method for Power Grid Dispatch Operation Oriented to Plan Adjustment
摘要
To address the multi-objective collaborative optimization challenge of dispatching schemes in high-proportion renewable energy power systems, this paper proposes a post-dispatching evaluation method oriented to dynamic adjustment of plans. This paper constructs a three-dimensional evaluation indicator system of safety, economy and environmental protection. It realizes multi-scenario adaptation evaluation through a dynamic comprehensive weight calculation framework that integrates the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method, and establishes a reverse optimization mechanism for scheduling instructions based on global sensitivity analysis. Research shows that this method can systematically identify key dispatching elements, effectively improve the comprehensive decision-making quality of dispatching schemes, and provide a scalable evaluation paradigm for the dispatching of new power systems.
