Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Inter-Provincial Medium- and Long-Term Centralized Electricity Trading Considering Multiple Price Constraints
摘要
This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for inter-provincial medium- and long-term centralized electricity trading considering multiple price constraints. Firstly, based on current policy requirements and practical inter-provincial medium- and long-term electricity trading practices, a price-limiting method for inter-provincial centralized trading is proposed. Subsequently, a quantitative evaluation index system is constructed, covering macro-level overall benefits, micro-level provincial benefits, and temporal coordination. Then, a comprehensive evaluation method is developed using a combination of group decision-making Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), entropy weight method, game-theoretic combined weighting, and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Finally, case studies validate the effectiveness of the proposed price constraint model, clarify the ranking of different constraint schemes, and demonstrate the rationality of the proposed method. This provides a decision-making basis for the scientific formulation of price-limiting strategies in inter-provincial medium- and long-term electricity trading.
