摘要

In humanity’s long pursuit of health, different civilizations have developed their own distinctive systems of medical theory. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a treasure of Chinese civilization, has been refined through millennia of practice and accumulation. It has not only made immense contributions to the flourishing and well-being of the Chinese people, but its profound philosophy and rich practical experience have also deeply influenced neighboring traditions—evident, for example, in Japan’s Kampo and Traditional Korean Medicine. At both the theoretical and practical levels, TCM has amassed a vast corpus of knowledge and experience, forming a profound repository of wisdom that provides an inexhaustible source of inspiration and valuable insights for modern medical research and clinical practice.
