MAIC-DF: A Multimodal AI-Powered Career Development Framework with Dynamic Scenario Generation and Proactive Guidance

Traditional career guidance tools struggle to provide adaptive, personalized solutions. This paper introduces the Intelli-Interview system, built on the Multimodal AI-Powered Career Development Framework (MAIC-DF), which integrates four synergistic modules: AI-driven mock interviews, an intelligent job matching engine, AI-assisted career planning, and psychological support. By combining multimodal AI insights with a focus on user well-being, our system offers integrated support throughout the career development process. We detail the framework’s theoretical foundations, architecture, key algorithms, and evaluate its potential to improve job search success, career adaptability, and psychological resilience.
