Development and ISO/IEC 25010 Evaluation of an Online Reviewer for Licensure Examination for Teachers Specialized in Technology and Livelihood Education in the Philippines Context

This study developed and evaluated an online reviewer for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) with specialization in Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) to address the limited availability of tailored digital preparation tools for aspiring educators. Using a developmental research design, the reviewer was created on Google Sites through iterative stages of design, evaluation, and refinement, and was assessed by ten expert evaluators comprising TLE teacher-educators, information technology specialists, and educational measurement experts. A Product Quality Assessment checklist adapted from the ISO/IEC 25010 software quality model served as the evaluation instrument, with data analyzed through descriptive statistics and interrater reliability. Results revealed an overall “Very High Quality” rating, with maintainability, usability, and portability as key strengths, while functional appropriateness, security, and reliability showed room for refinement. These findings demonstrate that systematic product development, guided by quality standards, can enhance licensure preparation by producing reliable, accessible, and pedagogically relevant tools for TLE examinees.
