This chapter presents a comprehensive literature review on key themes in user-AI interactions: AI vs. human recommendations, AI communication styles, AI humanity, and GAI humor. The review synthesizes foundational theoretical frameworks and integrates recent research findings to summarize established knowledge and identify research opportunities. To provide structural clarity and facilitate scholarly comparison, each thematic section will be supported by a dedicated table summarizing prior major research findings.
