Research on Intelligent Service Method and Application of Changjiang River Waterway Based on Digital Twin

To address the challenges faced by the traditional service model of the Changjiang River waterway in terms of real-time capability, accuracy, and intelligence, this study systematically conducts research on intelligent service methods and applications based on digital twin. A three-tier technical architecture of “Data Foundation - Model Platform - Application Service” is constructed. Key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous data governance and fusion of waterways, geospatial knowledge graph construction, and model lightweight rendering are overcome. An intelligent service system integrating real-time scenario display of all waterway elements, navigation assistance, and mobile navigation support functions is developed. Demonstration applications in multiple waterway sections along the Changjiang River show that this system can effectively realize digital mapping of all waterway elements, real-time perception of operating status, and intelligent early warning of navigation risks. It significantly improves the intelligence level of waterway services and provides a feasible technical path and systematic solution for the digital transformation and upgrading of inland waterways.
