Research on All-Electronic Switch Control Technology Based on Switch Machine Stroke Information

In order to adapt to the development of digitalization of railway equipment, this paper proposes a fully electronic turnout control technology based on the motion information of switch machines. The turnout position indication function of switch machines is improved and safety design is carried out. Redundant displacement sensors are used to replace the more prone to failure openers and closers, and adaptive control algorithms are used in combination with other technologies. Apart from realizing the basic functions of switch machines, such as action, indication, and locking, the faults caused by the mechanical structure of contacts are effectively reduced. The motion information of turnouts is accurately grasped, and the current speed, target speed, current, voltage, and position of turnout switch rail of the motor are uploaded to the monitoring system, further improving the reliability and safety of turnout control. Experiments are conducted and the results have proved that the adaptive algorithm can effectively ensure the accuracy of the rotational displacement of switch machines.
