Method for Completing Control Points in Non Smooth Road Sections of Traffic Simulation Model Based on Bezier Curve

Traffic simulation models have become the fundamental platform for urban management. However, in the automatic generation of simulated road networks, there is often a problem of abrupt changes in line shape caused by the loss of control points on road sections. Considering the smoothness of Bezier curves, the idea of using Bezier curves to complete control points is proposed. Construct Bezier curves between control points with the objective of maintaining the slope of existing control points, and further add new control points between control points based on the generated Bezier curves to meet the requirements of smooth road alignment.
