Innovative Research on the Digital Transformation of Beijing Suburban Railway

This study focuses on the digital transformation of suburban railway in Beijing, systematically reviewing the policy background of the industry and the demand for informatization and digitalization. An information center was established, and a comprehensive integrated operation and maintenance management platform at the network level was developed, incorporating functions such as operation and maintenance monitoring, emergency response, and passenger flow analysis, achieving a breakthrough in operational management informatization from scratch. Practice has shown that this system provides intelligent support for daily operations and plays a key role in ensuring major events, promoting the improvement of operational service quality and sustainable development. It further explores the development path of multi-system integration and cloud platform applications.
