Research and Application of Sample Melting System Based on Multi-Sensor Information Fusion
摘要
Powdered samples such as hot-melt coatings need to be melted at high temperature to form test blocks before testing, and the melting process is extremely important. Heating stability is one of the key technical indicators of hot-melt pavement marking coatings. It characterizes the property that the coating does not show obvious yellowing, coking, caking and other phenomena during long-time high-temperature heating after melting. Traditional test methods require manual heating and continuous stirring, which consumes a lot of labor. Uneven stirring is likely to cause coking and yellowing. Meanwhile, the irritating odor generated during the melting and stirring process causes discomfort to test personnel. Based on this, this study develops an automatic control system integrating multi-sensor information such as temperature, speed and displacement. The PLC control system performs logical operations to sequentially control stirring speed, heating temperature and lifting height. The PID algorithm is used to automatically adjust the output temperature, eliminating the influence of human factors in the test process and simplifying the operation procedure. Finally, the orthogonal test method is used for scheme design to verify the feasibility of the system and the reliability of the test results.
