Research on the Implementation Ideas of Beijing Suburban Railway Comprehensive Operation Management Center Under the Background of Four Networks Integration

With the expansion of Beijing suburban railway network, transportation organization more diversified, in order to improve the suburban railway network operation management ability, reasonable and effective use of resources, this paper under the background of four network fusion, combined with the Beijing suburban railway long-term planning, high quality development demand and the present situation, on the one hand, explore the Beijing Suburban Railway Comprehensive Operation Management Center function planning research, function positioning mainly includes safety, passenger service, operation and information management and so on four business platforms, so as to support the establishment of a coordination and linkage mechanism between national railway, suburban railway and urban public transportation system. On the other hand, it explored and studied the overall plan, implementation ideas and suggestions of the center, and innovatively applied them to the feasibility study of the northeast Ring Line of Beijing suburban railway. Further promote the informatization, wisdom and service quality of the network operation and management of Beijing suburban railway, provide effective mechanism and powerful gripper for government supervision and decision-making, and provide safe, convenient and high-quality services for citizens to travel.
