Research on the Framework and Implementation of the Whole-Process Production Control System for Coal Ports
摘要
Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional production process of coal ports, such as poor information interaction, high frequency of manual intervention, and low operation efficiency, and to meet the needs of modern ports for high-efficiency and high-safety operations, this study takes CHN Energy-Tianjin Coal Terminal Co., LTD as the research object to carry out the optimization design and implementation of the whole-process production control system framework. By systematically analyzing the operation status of the existing Terminal Operation Management System, process intelligent system, Stockyard management system, and single-machine operation system, a whole-process control system framework with data-driven and process intelligent collaboration as the core has been constructed and put into practice. This paper elaborates on the overall architecture of the system, the optimization scheme of key processes, the communication between control systems and the design of data interfaces, as well as the specific upgrading strategies of each subsystem. The actual test results show that the optimized system realizes the automatic collaboration of the operation process and real-time information sharing, significantly reduces the intensity of manual intervention, effectively improves the equipment utilization rate and the coherence of the operation process, and provides a feasible and practical technical path and practical paradigm for the transformation and upgrading of traditional bulk cargo ports to intelligence and unmanned operation.
