摘要

To accurately quantify collision conflicts between merchant ships and fishing ships in complex waters and effectively identify collision hotspots, this study proposes a comprehensive assessment framework. This framework comprehensively considers the collision conflicts between merchant ships and fishing ships as well as their severity, and integrates multiple dimensions including the dynamic ship domain model and the ship traffic conflict detection model. Based on the above analysis, the navigation trajectory data of merchant ships and fishing ships is extracted, and the dynamic ship domain model is cleverly combined with the ship traffic conflict detection model to realize the detection of traffic conflicts between merchant ships and fishing ships. This method can efficiently identify water areas with high collision conflict risks.
