MBSE-Based Modeling and Performance Trade-Off Optimization of Metro Train Braking Systems
摘要
In view of the problems such as poor consistency of requirements, insufficient traceability and poor reusability of design information existing in the design of metro train braking systems, this paper introduces the Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) method and constructs a system modeling process covering requirements analysis, functional modeling and architecture design. Combined with the performance optimization requirements of the braking system, a braking distance optimization method based on trade-off analysis (Trade Study) was designed. Through parameter modeling and multi-scheme simulation, the scheme optimization of braking performance was achieved. Research shows that this method enhances the consistency and efficiency of the metro braking system design and has application value for the digital design and performance optimization of rail transit equipment.
