Top-Level Design Research on the Intelligent Construction of Long-Distance Belt Conveyor Coal-Handling Systems for the Dual-Carbon Strategy

  • Yuhua Wei

摘要

Under the “dual-carbon” goal, coal-handling links have been placed under high-emission supervision; long-distance belt-conveyor systems combine massive throughput, high energy demand and concentrated carbon intensity, urgently requiring a top-level vision that integrates intelligence with decarbonization. The paper systematically interprets the constraints and opportunities that dual-carbon policies impose on coal logistics and proposes a four-dimensional top-level design framework—“strategy–architecture–technology–evaluation”—for intelligent construction. It builds an integrated technical system of “digital twin + AI scheduling + intelligent control + green protocol + carbon-footprint blockchain”, and presents an indicator system and an implementation roadmap. Results show the framework can significantly cut CO2e per tonne of coal transported, offering a replicable and scalable paradigm for the industry.
