Research on Driver-Vehicle Coordination Supervision Services Based on Road Transportation Electronic Certificates

In order to promote the harmonious integration of transportation Certificates and road transport operation supervision systems, and promote the high-quality development of road transport, this paper reviews and summarizes the development foundation of electronic certificates and the transportation industry supervision service system, and established a driver-vehicle coordination supervision services architecture based on road transportation electronic certificates, the functions were analyzed from the perspectives of driver-vehicle coordination monitoring and intelligent management, as well as intelligent decision-making services. In addition, the development suggestions proposed based on the key work of road transport, which can provide certain guidance for the next step of upgrading vehicle mounted intelligent terminals, developing driver- vehicle collaborative supervision systems, as well as the further refinement of supervision services in the road transport industry.
