Design and Performance Analysis of Stepless High-Speed Closed Hydraulic System for Large and Medium-Sized Intelligent Snow Groomer

摘要

Intelligent snow groomer is an important equipment in ski resorts to build and maintain high-quality snow trails. The hydraulic system of the snow shovel on the intelligent snow groomer is designed to ensure its long-time working in harsh environment during 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. The stepless high-speed closed circuit for the walking hydraulic system, snow shovel hydraulic system, and snow plow hydraulic system are analyzed and designed, respectively. The hydraulic system parameters and functions of the snow shovel operation process are completed by analyzing the performance and action requirements. A schematic diagram of the closed hydraulic system circuit is investigated, which provides solid support for the circuit design of the stepless high-speed closed hydraulic system of the snow shovel on the intelligent snow groomer. Both of the simulation and experimental results show that the hydraulic system provided the safeguard for the operating of the intelligent snow groomer under harsh environment.
