摘要

With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, the railway industry, as an important infrastructure field, has gradually begun to explore and apply AI technology to improve operational efficiency, ensure safety and optimize service experience. The application of AI not only improves the automation level of the traditional railway system, but also promotes the development of intelligence, informatization and green, and helps the railway industry transform to a more intelligent, efficient and sustainable direction. This paper reviews the application status of artificial intelligence in the railway industry, and analyzes the application framework and implementation path of artificial intelligence in all aspects of railway, including transportation scheduling, freight warehousing, equipment detection, intelligent customer service, passenger flow prediction, intelligent station and so on. Through the summary of the current technology, the challenges and future development directions faced by the railway field are revealed, such as data sharing, system integration and technology innovation, and the potential of the wide application of AI in the future railway system is prospected.
