Performance Testing and Failure Analysis of Fiber-Optic Current Transformers Under Extreme Environment

The temperature and vibration test methods and test circuits under extreme environments were proposed, and performance tests were carried out. The results showed that the proposed performance test methods exposed the deficiencies of FOCT in terms of resistance to extreme high and low temperatures and vibration. By analyzing the reasons for product nonconformity and proposing effective rectification measures, the reliability of product operation can be improved.
