Analysis of Transient Power Angle Stability of Synchronous Condensers Considering the Influence of Post-fault Wind Turbine Active Power Output

摘要

In the power transmission system of a wind farm with distributed synchronous condensers, the change in the active power output of the wind turbines after a fault will affect the rotor dynamics of the synchronous condensers, potentially posing a risk of transient power angle instability for the system. A transient power angle stability analysis model for the power transmission system of the wind farm was established. The phenomenon of continuous low voltage at the grid connection point of the wind farm after the fault was clarified. Based on the stability indicators of the trajectory analysis method, the mechanism of the influence of the change in the output power of the wind farm on the transient power angle stability of the synchronous condensers was revealed. The conclusion was verified through single-machine system simulation.
