Realization Method of GIS Switch Operation Broadband Simulation Circuit Based on Segmented Resistance Reignition Arc Model
摘要
Aiming at the ultra fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) and its electromagnetic interference caused by disconnector operation in 220 kV gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (GIS), a GIS wide-band circuit simulation model based on subsection resistance re arcing model is established by combining pscadgemtdc platform. The arc process is divided into three stages: pre breakdown, stable arcing and arc quenching, and each stage corresponds to different resistance change laws, The logic simulation of arc reburning controlled by voltage breakdown and current zero crossing criterion is realized. Through simulation study, the amplitude and frequency spectrum of VFTO during opening and closing of GIS disconnector are compared. The research results show that the VFTO during opening is more severe than that during closing. The model provides an important theoretical basis and engineering reference for the study of the generation mechanism and characteristics of VFTO during GIS disconnector operation, and the design of insulation coordination and electromagnetic interference suppression measures in GIS.
