Research on Interactive Optimization Strategies Between County Grids and Higher-Level Grids Based on Demand Response

The accelerated advancement of rural urbanization transformation has increased the demand for stable operation of county-level power grids and enhanced capacity for integrating renewable energy. Addressing the current issues of low renewable energy integration efficiency and high operational costs due to the lack of a coordinated interaction mechanism between county-level grids and higher-level grids, this paper proposes a two-level grid interaction optimization strategy based on demand response. By designing a game-theoretic interaction framework between the county-level grid and the higher-level grid, a two-level optimization model aimed at maximizing benefits is constructed. A price-based demand response mechanism is introduced to optimize the matching of power generation and consumption within the county-level grid; The strategy’s effectiveness is validated through multi-scenario simulations, which show that it can significantly increase local renewable energy integration rates to 85.67%.
