Improving Relationships in Psychosis
摘要
This chapter provides a relationship-focused intervention module addressing social functioning difficulties common in psychosis. It reviews assessment tools measuring relational adversity, undermining, discrimination, loneliness, bullying, and attachment-related challenges, including ACE, Social Undermining Scale, Illinois Bully Scale, EDS, and UCLA Loneliness Scale. The chapter then introduces psychoeducational and skills-based components such as understanding communication styles, assertiveness, boundary setting, I-messages, trust-building, and conflict navigation. These techniques aim to enhance interpersonal competence and strengthen protective relational networks.
