Improving Positive Schemas in Psychosis
摘要
This chapter focuses on strengthening positive schemas to enhance psychological well-being in psychosis. It begins by clarifying treatment goals and reviewing measures for assessing positive schemas. The chapter outlines cognitive restructuring strategies aimed at reinforcing helpful beliefs about the self and others. It then introduces Compassion-Focused Therapy techniques to cultivate warmth, self-acceptance, and inner safety. Together, these interventions aim to increase protective cognitive patterns that buffer against psychotic vulnerability and support recovery.
