Understanding Biosensors, Their Components and Features in the Context of AMR

This chapter lays the groundwork for understanding biosensors and their components in the context of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). It introduces the fundamental concepts of biosensors, their key features, specific requirements for addressing AMR and a brief context where/how biosensors can be used to addressing AMR related crisis.
