摘要

This study examines key factors influencing Fintech adoption, with a focus on gender differences in how users’ intentions and actual usage relate to core TAM and UTAUT constructs. Using data from Vietnamese users and a PLS-SEM approach, the results show that performance expectancy and attitude strongly predict behavioral intention for both genders, though with varying strength. Behavioral intention and performance expectancy also significantly drive actual usage. In contrast, facilitating conditions, social influence, and government support have weaker and more gender-dependent effects. Overall, the findings highlight the central role of perceived value and attitudes in Fintech adoption, while revealing important gender-specific patterns relevant to providers and policymakers in emerging markets.
