The reconstruction procedure of ACL and PCL is increasing nowadays. The ultimate goal of ligament reconstruction procedure, such as ACL reconstruction or PCL reconstruction, is to restore the normal anatomy and, furthermore, perform satisfying outcome of the patient. Therefore, the knowledge about basic anatomy of ACL and PCL is essential. This chapter will provide you a brief but essential anatomy, which is necessary for performing ACL or PCL reconstruction.
