Research on Welding Process Parameters for 14MnMoV Low-Alloy Steel
摘要
This paper addresses the critical issue of cold cracking susceptibility during the welding of 14MnMoV low-alloy steel. It analyzes the influence of electrode baking time and preheating temperature on diffusible hydrogen content, weld strength, and residual stress. The research indicates that extending electrode baking time and increasing preheating temperature can significantly reduce diffusible hydrogen content, enhance weld strength, and effectively mitigate residual stress. Numerical simulation results show that when electrode baking time is controlled above 2 h and preheating temperature is set within the range of 200–250 °C, diffusible hydrogen content can be minimized, weld strength optimized, and residual stress significantly reduced, while also balancing production costs and process efficiency. The optimized parameters proposed in this paper provide an effective reference for practical welding production.
