摘要

In order to solve the problems of poor aging resistance, long gelation time and weak thermal stability of common polyethylene glycol based polyurethane adhesive (PU adhesive) for traditional football equipment, a new modified acetic acid lignin PU adhesive is proposed. By characterizing the micromorphology and properties of the adhesive, the feasibility of its application in sports equipment is explored. The results show that the modified acetic acid lignin PU adhesive prepared at 120℃ with 0.2 g of modified acetic acid lignin has the best properties, and the solid content of the adhesive is 52.01%, the viscosity is 1419 mPa·s, the gelation time is 117 min, the tensile strength and Young's modulus is 91.25 MPa and 1023.7 MPa respectively, and the elongation at break is 9.87%. After the wet heat aging treatment, the tensile properties of the material decrease to some extent, but it still has good tensile properties. The maximum decomposition temperature of the three kinds adhesives is 292.5℃. and their decomposition rates sorted from small to large are DAX-3 adhesive < UXP adhesive < PEG-1 adhesive (PU adhesive).
