Optimization of Coverage for Emergency Resource Points in Highway Natural Disasters in Xinjiang
摘要
Currently, emergency resource points for highway natural disasters in Xinjiang are organized based on administrative regions, resulting in prolonged response times for certain areas. This study aims to optimize the coverage of emergency resource points for highway natural disasters in Xinjiang. An optimization model is first established with the objective of minimizing response time, incorporating factors such as route impedance, highway grade speeds, and mileage of different highway grades. The model is then solved using dynamic programming methods and the Floyd algorithm, implemented through MATLAB, to reduce the transportation time of emergency resources for highway natural disasters and improve the efficiency of emergency response. The findings provide optimization insights into the coverage of emergency resource points in Xinjiang.
