Comprehensive Evaluation of Highways Under the Strategy of a Country with Great Transport Strength
摘要
Under the guidance of a country with great transport strength strategy, this paper summarizes the principles that should be followed in the establishment of highway indicators in order to further optimize the highway network. An evaluation index system for highways is established, and corresponding rating intervals for the indicators are given with the help of case studies. The calculation of comprehensive evaluation of indicators is based on the fuzzy and extensible theory. Through the calculation of the degree of correlation between levels and the optimal level of the corresponding target level, the optimality of the evaluation object is determined. Finally, using the actual road network data of provinces in China whose mileage exceeds 8,000 km, evaluation indicators and comprehensive evaluation levels are calculated and analyzed. Suggestions for targeted improvements and recommendations are proposed.
