Distal Radius Resection
摘要
Surgical resection of the distal radius tumour creates a bony defect and warrants reconstruction to achieve painless hand function. Achieving oncological margins to minimise risk of local recurrence while preserving good hand function are the main aims in this location with unique anatomical constraints, such as proximity to complex joints, limited surrounding soft tissue coverage and close relationship of important vessels, nerves, and tendons.
