Radial Neck-to-Humerus Trochlea Transposition
摘要
Reconstruction after proximal ulna resection is challenging due to its complex bony anatomy, multiple musculoligamentous attachments, and subcutaneous location. With various biological and nonbiological options having their own limitations, transposition of the radial neck to the humerus trochlea can be a stable, mobile, and durable reconstruction option.
