Biceps sarcoma is very rare. Resection of the entire anterior arm compartment will lead to loss of elbow flexion and significant morbidity. Functional muscle transfer utilising a rotational latissimus dorsi flap or free vascularised motorised transfer is indicated for flexion function of the elbow.

摘要
