Popliteal and Leg Sarcoma
摘要
Popliteal sarcoma arises from the attachment of the muscle and tendon around the back of the knee. Close proximity to the popliteal vessels and tibial nerve needs a careful preoperative assessment and meticulous surgical technique to achieve quality margin for sarcoma resection.
