Sarcoma of the sartorial canal is complex and involves multi-compartment muscles that are in close proximity to the femoral vessels and saphenous nerves. Resection of the multiple compartment muscle with good margin around the femoral vessels is important for oncological clearance. Vessel resection and reconstruction are inevitable when the tumour invades and encircles the vessels.
