摘要

The TP53 gene, often mentioned to as the genome guardian, is a critical tumor suppressor involved in regulating the cell cycle, apoptosis, and DNA repair. Mutations or dysregulation of TP53 are implicated in over 50% of human cancers, highlighting its central role in oncogenesis. This project focuses on the protein–protein interaction (PPI) network of TP53 to uncover its downstream effectors and associated biological pathways, offering insights into its functional role in cancer progression. In this work, we used STRING database. We received 0.9% accuracy after analyzing TP53 interactions. K-Means clustering was used for categorization. Random Forest gives the accuracy 86%. The proposed work enhancing the understanding of TP53’s role in cancer biology.
