A Comprehensive Study of Machine Learning and Deep Learning Methods for Medical Brain Imaging

Artificial intelligence is playing an important role in improving medical brain imaging by reducing the difficulties of manual image analysis. This article discusses how machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and optimization techniques help in automatically analyzing brain images. The main contribution of this article is Vivek’25, a proposed deep learning-based model developed for fast, reliable, and practical analysis of brain MRI scans. The model is designed to handle images from different scanning conditions while maintaining stable performance. Through this work, the article demonstrates how intelligent systems can assist clinicians by providing timely and consistent insights from brain imaging data. Overall, the proposed approach supports more efficient and clinically meaningful brain health assessment.
