摘要

Crosswinds on bridges can negatively affect the safety of vehicles, which in turn affects the capacity of bridges, and the study of the impact of crosswinds on the capacity of bridges can promote better bridge traffic control. Firstly, this paper analyzes the force on vehicles traveling on bridges and obtains the vehicle force model, then, taking the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as an example, this paper proposes and establishes a wind speed-vehicle-bridge capacity model, which extrapolates the effect of crosswinds on the speed of vehicles to the effect of wind speed on the bridge traffic flow and capacity. After that, based on this model, this paper uses metacellular automata simulation to analyze the change of bridge capacity under different wind speed conditions. Finally, by analyzing the traffic flow simulation results of the metacellular automata, it is concluded that bridge traffic control can improve the bridge capacity under the vehicle occupancy rate of 0.12, and this study provides a scientific basis for bridge design and access management.
