Application of SVPWM Algorithm in Midpoint Potential Controlled Low-Power Intermediate Frequency Inverter
摘要
This article focused on low-power intermediate frequency inverters and investigated the application of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) algorithm in midpoint potential control. By systematically evaluating the basic characteristics, dynamic response characteristics, efficiency, and heat dissipation characteristics of inverters, the stability and efficiency issues of inverters in intermediate frequency applications were effectively addressed. This article established a mathematical model of the inverter and tested its stability and waveform quality under rated conditions, obtaining a total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 0.025% of the output voltage. Subsequent dynamic characteristic tests showed that under sudden load increase and decrease, the recovery time of the inverter did not exceed 6 ms, and it had good transient response ability. The heat dissipation test data showed that under full load conditions, the highest temperature of the main components was still within the safe range.
