E-commerce Big Data Logistics Supply Chain Control System Based on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain

Aiming at the problems of data silos, insufficient information transparency, low prediction accuracy, low logistics efficiency and poor security in traditional e-commerce logistics systems, this paper uses artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology to address the challenges in traditional logistics systems. First, the long short-term memory (LSTM) model is used to optimize inventory management, and then the Q-learning algorithm in reinforcement learning is used to optimize demand forecasting and logistics path planning. Finally, this paper combines blockchain technology (BT) to build a decentralized data management system to ensure that information in all links of the supply chain is transparent and cannot be tampered with, thereby enhancing the security and traceability of the system. The experimental results show that the delivery efficiency of the system in this paper is 93.81% throughout the day. The system significantly improves the efficiency of logistics distribution, reduces inventory backlogs, and enhances the transparency and anti-counterfeiting capabilities of the supply chain. The research in this paper provides an effective solution for the intelligent, transparent and efficient e-commerce logistics.
