Construction of Intelligent Management System for Construction Projects Based on Multi-algorithm Fusion
摘要
Aiming at the problems of low management accuracy and efficiency caused by the single algorithm of existing intelligent management systems for construction projects, this paper constructs a management system integrating optimization, monitoring, and decision-making based on multi-algorithm fusion. Firstly, a multi-algorithm fusion architecture is designed, and comprehensive intelligent management of the construction site is realized through the combination of deep learning (DL), optimization algorithm, cluster analysis, and computer vision. Then, the overall framework of the system is constructed, which is divided into four levels: interface layer, decision layer, algorithm layer, and data layer. Finally, an experimental analysis is carried out on a large-scale construction project as an example. Compared with the system under a single algorithm model, the average resource utilization rate of this system is 5.8%, 12.1%, and 11.6% higher than that of the system under the single algorithm model of CNN, LSTM, and GA, respectively, and the management precision rate is 5.9%, 15.2% and 14.2% higher than that of other models, respectively. The conclusion shows that multi-algorithm fusion helps to improve the intelligent management effect of system construction projects and provides a new basis for the intelligent and efficient development of management work.
