Visualization Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Based on Citespace in New Media Research

Taking the CNKI database as the main data source and the Citespace software analysis tool, this study conducted an in-depth knowledge mapping analysis of the hotspots and trends presented by the research on new media education in the context of artificial intelligence. The purpose of this paper is to clearly reveal the current research hotspots in this field through this analysis and further explore its future development direction. The results of the study show that there is a certain degree of disconnection in the field of new media education research in the context of artificial intelligence. Specifically, the existing research tends to present a situation of “fighting on their own”, lacking sufficient integration and synergy. This phenomenon not only affects the depth and breadth of research, but also restricts the development potential of new media education in the era of artificial intelligence. In order to meet this challenge, future research should focus more on integrating new media education with the increasing development of AI technology. This means that we need to emphasize the application of new media in our research and explore its potential and possibilities in the field of education. At the same time, we also need to further improve and enrich the basic theory system of new media education to provide solid theoretical support for practice.
