Construction Method and Application of Knowledge Graph for Emergency Plan of Power Grid

Contingency plan is the core of power grid emergency management system, and it is very important to deal with emergencies. Firstly, this paper collects the contingency plan of blackout events and the contingency plan of natural disasters, points out the difficulties of emergency knowledge extraction, studies and analyses the emergency organizational structure and disposal process of power grid disasters and accidents, puts forward the construction method of power grid emergency knowledge map based on rules and in-depth learning, and carries out visualization through Neo4j map database. In order to improve the disposal efficiency of power grid emergencies. The results show that the knowledge map of power grid contingency plan constructed in this paper can be used to assist the decision-making of power grid emergencies, thus shortening the time of emergency decision-making and improving the efficiency of emergency disposal of power grid accidents.
