Research on Optimization Model of Power Emergency Material Dispatching in Multi-Scenario
摘要
When encountering extreme weather and unexpected events, how the power company ensures that emergency power supplies can arrive quickly, quickly restore damaged power lines, and get the power supply in the affected areas back on track as soon as possible is crucial for rescue work. In this paper, an optimization model for power emergency material distribution is proposed. This paper first describes the basic situation and basic assumptions of power emergency material distribution, aiming to find the best balance between distribution time, cost and the probability of meeting demand. The objective of the model is to minimize the total distribution cost, shorten the distribution time and maximize the probability of meeting the demand point. At the same time, the model also considers the balance of the inflow and outflow of materials in the transfer station, the quantity limit of the transfer station, the quantity of materials and vehicle load limit of each distribution, the supply of materials and the flow limit of materials, and constructs a multi-objective distribution optimization model.
