Saihanba Ecological Evaluation Model and an Ecological Area Promotion Model

摘要

The Saihanba Forest Farm plays a pivotal role environmental protection and maintaining ecological equilibrium and stability. First, in order to measure the impact of Saihanba Forest Farm on the ecological environment, the entropy weight method based on TOPSIS correction was adopted to construct an evaluation index system for Saihanba Forest Farm. The system consists of four levels: target layer, system layer, standard layer, and indicator layer. After calculation, the comprehensive index of the ecological environment of Saihanba Forest Farm was obtained for each year from 1962 to 2021, and a mechanism analysis was conducted for special years. The data showed that the comprehensive index of Saihanba’s ecological environment increased by 0.03165 after restoration compared with before restoration, and developed in a positive direction. Secondly the Saihanba Nature Reserve model is worth promoting. Based on the current situation and considering the future trend, an Ecological area promotion Model is established. The relevant data were collected, and the environmental quality index of each province in China was calculated. The K-M clustering algorithm was used to set two clustering centers, and the 31 provinces were divided into three levels. According to the category of the region to determine how much ecological protection area to establish, and comprehensive consideration of growth requirements, and economic balance and other factors, finally determine the ecological protection area construction plan.
