AI+AR Serious Games for Autism Intervention: A Design-Centric Approach
摘要
The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-guided Augmented Reality (AR) serious games offers a novel approach to the education of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing personalized, immersive, and interactive learning experiences. Conversely, traditional ASD interventions frequently exhibit a lack of adaptability and engagement. In contrast, AI+AR serious games enable dynamic learning pathways that are tailored to individual cognitive and social needs. This study explores the design principles, adaptive mechanisms, and feasibility of AI+AR serious games for ASD intervention. The analysis of diverse game structures and interaction models emphasizes their capacity to enhance engagement, cultivate social communication, and deliver real-time feedback. Notwithstanding the substantial advantages exhibited by AI+AR serious games, challenges persist regarding accessibility, ethical considerations, and large-scale implementation. This research offers both theoretical and practical insights into their effectiveness and future applications in ASD education.
