As a healthcare becomes increasingly computerized, the amount and sensitivity of patient data have also increased. This makes. it is harder to protect privacy while also adhering to the rules. This work looks at an artificial intelligence technique to make a healthcare data more secure, while also making sure that HIPAA and GDPR rules are observed. Machine learning, natural language processing, and federated learning have been among the numerous examples of the AI technologies that are changing the manner in which healthcare companies keep an eye upon to protect and handle sensitive data. These systems automate reporting and auditing, identify problems in real time, enforce security rules, and keep patient data safe without getting in the way of medical procedures. The primary issue is how systems powered by AI will achieve a balance between privacy, innovation, and rules. The federated learning enables people work together to build AI models while not sharing patient data, which lowers the risk of data breaches. The businesses can respond to changing risks and rules with AI-based adaptive access controls and predictive compliance solutions. It is hard to find a balance between making data easy to get to, keeping it safe, and adhering to the rules in rapidly changing healthcare and technologically driven settings. Using AI and human oversight together to build data management systems that are clear, strong, and abide by the rules. The automation of important compliance processes and giving healthcare providers early insights into regulatory trends gives them an edge over their competitors while getting rid of human error and administrative roadblocks. AI that is strategically integrated may help privacy-first healthcare organizations, allowing businesses to provide safe, ethical, and effective patient care in a digital world.
